Smurfy Gawayn Crossover!

BECAUSE.

The crossover capability of Gawayn and the Smurfs... And considering I love them both... It just had to be done.
I mean come ON people, Gwendolyn as a Smurf looks uncannily like Smurfette. Plus Elspeth would totally be Sassette! And Xiao Long and William should replace Snappy and Slouchy too... Now that's a cartoon I want to see. AND SERIOUSLY. You have Gargamel with an ANIMAL sidekick which, even though Azrael can't talk, ALWAYS seems to know Gargamel's plans will fail and is sarcastic and unenthusiastic about them. Come ON people.

Although Gargamel's a lot older and pathetic compared to the Duke. The Duke at least likes to act like he has class! Plus Gargamel's just hopeless, poor... whereas the Duke has the Viewing Stone and power and people under his employ (even though he still fails at capturing the questers most of the time XD)
I could go on... I just would love to see Rex and the Duke replace Gargamel and Azrael. Because I always find the villain segments in the Smurfs so BORING, whereas in Gawayn I'm practically WAITING for the villain segments to see what hilarity the episode has in store!

Oh yeah, and both Gawayn and the Smurfs are technically set in the same time frame/era! Although, obviously Gawayn doesn't give a damn that it's supposed to be the fifteenth century (I think) pulling out phones and computers and even Ipods... Whereas the Smurfs ACTUALLY stay true to the era it is set in!

And OMG, I did NOT expect Roderick to look that smurfing CUTE as a smurf! Seriously! His normal self is like: eh, and sometimes annoying and he doesn't look that great. But OMG him as a smurf...! I want to hug him!! XD I was fangirling over his smurf form when drawing this... So cute!

Heh heh, poor Rex isn't too thrilled about this crossover. "Do I look like a cat to you?!" xDDD
